JUDGMENT
AND LIEN SEARCHES
Our paralegals can conduct
nationwide or state specific lien searches and judgment searches. Although
some results provide more detailed information than others, in general
the following information can be obtained from a judgment search or lien
search: (a) State and county where the lien or judgment was entered,
(b) the amount of the lien or judgment, (c) the names of the parties,
(d) the names of the attorneys who represented the parties, (e) court
case or docket number, (f) date of the lien or judgment and (g) whether
it has been satisfied or not. We can perform these searches simply by
using a party’s name or docket number if you have it. And yes, we
can provide you a Certification of a lien search or judgment search
if you are applying for a name change. Back

SKIP
TRACES / LOCATE MISSING PERSONS
Our paralegals can do
skip traces and run searches to find missing persons. We can run an individual’s
name to see if he or she has any utilities registered in his or her name
(which will provide his or her address), residential whereabouts, telephone
numbers, address histories, names of other persons cohabitating at the
same address and the like. This can also be used for background checks
to determine if information provided to you is accurate. Back

BACKGROUND
CHECKS
Our paralegals can conduct
comprehensive background checks. We can search for residential histories,
past lawsuits and judgments, liens, sex offender registries, criminal
records, verification of social security numbers, professional license
records, asset searches, motor vehicle records (not available in all states),
divorce records (not available in all states), list of persons the subject
has formerly cohabitated with, etc. To perform this search we need the
subject’s name and, if available, his or her date of birth or social
security number. Back

DEATH
RECORDS
We can instantaneously
determine whether a person is deceased. Besides searching by name, providing
a date or year of birth or a social security number is helpful for this
search since the death records database is obviously massive. Many people
have the same name. We can help you make a definitive determination as
to whether an individual is deceased. If not, you can then proceed at
your option with an effort to locate a missing person.
